Arrival and departure
Check-in time is from 2 pm until 8 pm. Arrivals after 8 pm are not possible. Check-out time is up to 11 am. Late check-out is available on request. For more detailed information, please view our full policies.

Reservation Terms

Guaranteed reservations
To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for your credit card details to perform a pre-authorisation. Pre-authorisation is a type of credit check. We use it to ensure that the credit card is valid and that there are sufficient funds to cover all or part of the reservation costs. With the pre-authorisation, the reservation amount is »held« as unavailable for a certain period. However, this is not a deposit. You will pay the total cost of your booking at Vila Lipa, during your stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that or in case of no show the whole amount of the reservation will be charged. Cancellation requests must be sent in written form via e-mail.
Tourist tax
Room prices do not include the tourist (city) tax, which should be paid upon arrival.
